  • If you're thinking about moving here, stop thinking about it and do it already. I've moved here a little while ago and I love it. I promise it's not the honeymoon phase, I've moved into apartments before and immediately started finding things that I disliked once the move in dust was settled but that hasn't happened here at all. The apartments are so large and spaced apart so you have plenty of privacy. The property is kept clean and all of my neighbors are friendly and respectable. The gym is always clean as well as the area surrounding the heated (oh yes) pool, even the bathrooms smell great. There are barbecue areas and a gorgeous clubhouse. There is also a TON of parking, so when you have visitors you won't have to spaz out where they can park their cars. I also like that rent is streamlined and rent can be paid and maintenance requests can be made through an app that makes my life easier. Lastly, my leasing agent, Kim Guzman was fantastic in making everything smooth and simple for me. The best part is that she's wasn't just awesome when I was in the looking phase but as equally great once I become a resident. Would definitely recommend.
