  • Highly recommend! Heather, Josh and their staff have impressed me thoroughly. I typically perform routine general maintenance on my own car but have had 2 recent incidents in which they were fantastic. First i had a check engine light come on after I replaced a cooling system component and cranked the car before one final thermostat sensor connection was done. I needed the light reset after the connection was made. Josh met me as I drove in, confirmed indeed was just the connection issue, replaced the under pan I requested and even checked the components that had been replaced. Was on my way in 15 minutes. Second instance car for the first time wouldn't start despite several attempts. Called to tell them was to be towed in and they even had me set up for loaner car so I wouldn't have to obtain a rental car. Spoke w Heather who was extremely helpful. Car Cranked on one last try. Drove it right over to have them just check it out for anything obvious. Again Joshua came right out. No error codes but had few possibilities based upon our discussion. Cleaned mass air flow sensor, showed me how to do it, discussed things to monitor on my type vehicle and I was on my way within a few minutes. He didn't need to keep it to continue to monitor it/charge me for continued evaluation. No subsequent issues. It's nice to have someone who combines technical knowledge with common sense. Will definitely use again.
