| - I am obsessed with this gym. I have Classpass and unfortunately my subscription only allows for two visits to a specific gym before the "cost" of each class goes up (in a nutshell, I get 30 credits a month, my first two visits for the month are 6 credits, after which it ends up being 7-11 credits per class). I'm one week into the month, I've used up my two classes, and the withdrawals are real.
The two classes I frequent are Sweat and Strength with Sweat having more of a cardio focus while Strength, though keeping some cardio, is more weight-based (which I right now, I'm really enjoying). For the Sweat classes if I'm remembering correctly, there are four sets of workouts (3 rounds through), with four stations each. You get 35 seconds at each station before you move to the next exercise. It's fast-paced and keeps you moving - a huge plus for me since I'm usually not quite awake when I show up for those early morning, pre-work classes. For Strength, it's more like 10 exercises, 3 times through, with more of a focus on weight-based training but with enough cardio to keep your heartrate going. I personally love it when we get to use the rowing machines and I get to try my hand at pull-ups or the ropes but it depends on the day what types of exercises you get. And that's another huge plus to Bodi - every class is different.
If you're on the fence about stopping by, don't be. Just give it a shot, it's definitely worth the hour and you won't regret it.
