  • This used to be our favorite store for birthday cakes and I have bought DOZENS of ice cream cakes there. My last customer service experience was horrible. On the day my order was to be delivered I received a call letting me know they did not have the supplies to make our cake! After trying to offer helpful suggestions like "can you get sugar cones from another store???" I asked for a manager and was told there was not one available and he doesn't talk to customers anyway. I will never go to this store again. Which is too bad. Some poor entrepreneur is about to learn a painful lesson about hiring bad management.
