  • I have used them for about a year; Everything was going fine and our agreement was the same head of crew so that we did not have to retrain each week on the steam cleaner and vacuum and how to handle our particular home. Since we are pretty meticulous, we did not want to retrain people week after week. This past two months new crew members showed up and we had to start all over again. They just went downhill fast.
