This is definitely an older hotel in need of a bit of a refresh, or maybe in the process of one. But overall it wasn't a bad experience. Check in was fast and friendly, and though I was with a large group booking, I wound up with a heavily upgraded room with a bar(?) and a jacuzzi. The bedding was comfortable, but I seem to be on a streak of finding hair in bathrooms in hotels lately.
I had a full breakfast included which was nice, but beware - the breakfast servery is one side only for Continental Breakfast - a few people I think got stung with full breakfast bills ($18!) not realizing that they were only supposed to take from one side of the room.
They charge for WiFi but if you're an SPG member - or insist - they will waive it.
