  • So disappointed, Ordering online for valentines day.. but I get refunded for the reason that they cannot deliver at requested time/day.. without prior notice in their website or facebook.. If only I know earlier, I would not spent time picking the flower and paying. I did not want the refund, I want the flower and service. Now I lose my chance to order the flower from other florist. Feeling so ugly.. disappointed, this is my second time ordering from this vender and I promise this will be the last time, for sure Don't count on them on special occasions. They have so much customer that they don't care about the customer. Not even posted about their situation. SO shock with the email "your order was refunded successfully" again, I don't want the refund, I want the flower. If you cannot provide it, you should inform this on your website at the first place.
