  • I rode the bike I bought (Giant LX) for a few months completely normally, didn't tweak it or mess with it. One day the front wheel pops off while I'm riding for no reason and flings me off the bike. When I confronted the store owners about their faulty product that caused my accident, they refused to apologize and blamed the entire incident on me. Please, don't trust your safety in biking with this business.
