DO NOT EVEN GO TO THE LOT. The General Manager is a scam artist. They called me back to say there was an issue with the contract and it turns out I didn't qualify for my rate. Tried to hand the keys back over but they just asked me to sit whole they figure it out. I sat for over five hours waiting for them to come to a new agreement. Needless to say I was upset and just wanted to leave. I didn't know until I spoke to my attorney that they already signed off on a contract and couldn't take the car back without a new contract. They use pressure and intimidation while lying. The only The contract they sent to ford credit showed a $15 difference than my contact. At 72 months that was an extra $1000.00 they tired to sneak into the contract. I called Ford credit and faxed my contract. They told me the dealership sent them a different contact. Were they hoping I just wouldn't notice it? How did they forge my signature onto that contact? Their practices are illegal. Bait and switch. Forgery and deception. My attorney said I did have a case but can't guarantee it and the cost might not be worth it. SO MY ADVICE, INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THE MESS, JUST STAY AWAY!
