  • Originally I was looking for a new Civic or Fit. When the HRV came out I knew it was for me. After shopping the competition, I checked out Tempe Honda's website. It had been months since I had shopped for the Fit and I recognized my salesperson was on the Chat on Tempe Honda's website. I remembered how helpful she was the first time so I started chatting with Missy Frietz. I made an appointment and met her at the dealer and she was even more helpful in person. No pressure, listened to my needs and wants and let me know when the exact car I was looking for would be in stock. I so appreciated the speed and efficiency at this dealership I was sold within minutes. I patiently waited for my new HRV to arrive and they got everything ready for me while I was at work today. When I arrived I was in and out the door in just under an hour. Rich was equally helpful and explained every detail of my loan and even took extra time to tell me how to get a refund on my previous gap insurance coverage. Thank you Missy, Rick and Tempe Honda! You could definitely teach your competition more than a few points on how to treat customers! SOLD
