| - I have been going here for 3 years with my 2013 C250 for service with no issue. I brought my 2016 C300 in for 1 year A service, the car had only 6300 miles.. I drove it home 2 miles, it sounded a bit different. Later that night, I drove it to a restaurant. I only got 1 mile from my home when the motor ground to a halt. It was towed to the dealer, where the next day they told me a long time Mercedes trained mechanic at Schulte jammed in the oil filter, broke the sensor not allowing oil to go to the engine. End result, $13,000 later, the virtually new auto I have needed a full new engine. Schulte's insurance company didn't even have to go there, they agreed to pay the whole thing. Not very happy with a virtual new car with a seized engine. For service next time, I surely will make another choice. A shame, Mike is so knowledgeable but he needs to fire this mechanic.
