The menswear department needs more and better staff. Seems there are only two people on the till and one checking the changing rooms. It took one clerk who was about 75 years old over 15 minutes just to ring through 1 customer with a small purchase. Another lady ahead of me had all sorts of points cards and discount coupons, that took another 10 minutes. There were 6 or 7 in line and it wasn't even that busy - just SLOW. They are incredibly slow and not motivated at all. I asked one sales clerk why all their shirts seem to be fitted and she replied that she knew nothing about their shirts. Their Hudson Brand dress shirts are all way too short, especially in the sleeves. One of the change rooms had no hangers of any sort so you had to put your clothes and their new ones right on the floor. The shirts were stacked so far back on the table you could not reach them to see their sizing (They had another table underneath the main table which was extended out, preventing you from getting close to them). I'm never very happy when I leave there, but they do have some nice clothes and their pricing is pretty good.
