  • I sent an email and was contacted within an hour by phone. Was asked general questions and was told that I would receive an email be the end of the day with the market value of my home and that Steve a Hawks would call me the next day. Did not receive a call back, so I called again and Ryan said "I remember you from yesterday, I will contact Steve ASAP and have him call you". About 20 minutes later Ryan called me back and said that Steve was at a Real Estate class and will call me after 4:30 pm. Well needless to say I did not receive a call. This is the most unprofessional Real Estate office. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Steve Hawks and Remax Platinum Realty. My first impression was not a positive one and I don't see how he even has a license to do business in Nevada.
