  • Never before have I received such crappy customer service at a Westin. The concierge was never at their designated area, which was literally located directly next to reception, who ignores one while they wait cluelessly at the concierge' s desk. Then, in the general vicinity of Les Westin is the taxi drivers are total dicks and won't provide service unless your ride is further than a 30 minute walk. And, finally, many servers literally asked for tips. It was a disappointing experience in this so called "world class city". The city was beautiful, but I could've done w/out the people, who were a bit snobbish and proud of it.
