rev:text	Terrible customer service! I work nearby and called in an order to-go, the girl taking my order couldn't seem to answer simple questions about the food so I ordered a salad and 1 roll to keep it simple. She told me it would be 15-20 minutes before it was ready, by the time I found parking it had been well over 20 minutes and the order still wasn't ready, she told me 5 more minutes her attitude was careless and rather insulting. She kept telling me "Like 5 more minutes" and ran my card (15 bucks for two small items) when it was close to 30 minutes later I told her to forget it and just refund my money. Then magically my roll was ready, and it turns out the salad had been sitting at the host stand the entire time, in this lovely heatwave. I had to ask her twice to refund me and then she had to go get the manager to do it which took another 10 minutes. The manager was very nice and apologetic, explaining that they were short staffed which I understand. I do not understand why I wasn't informed when I called in my order that they were basically too busy to do to go orders, and that turn around times were going to be extra long. I would have completely understood that, if the hostess had been polite and less arrogant that would have made a huge difference too. Customer service and service recovery are huge in this industry! I won't ever be coming back here and I certainly won't be recommending to my clients, there are plenty of restaurants in the Old Town that do it right and sadly this just isn't one of them.
