  • Great crunch on the batter. The dry rub in my opinion tasted great- it reminded my husband of a touch of chinese five spice and whole lot of southern love. It's not your average buffalo, Salt/Pepper, asiago cheese selection- which i didn't mind at all. Sauces come on the side. We tried hot vinegar and bleu cheese- good to have but not needed in my opinion as the chicken is well flavored as it is. Hojos were good- thicker than a potato chip, almost like a french fry's round and flat cousin. Everything is made to order so expect a little bit of wait. Will come back for the catfish, fried okra and cheese curds- and the wings of course.
