  • The only reason this shop is receiving one star is because Jenny was some sort of sweet and I had the joy of meeting another customer and we shared a great conversation. I couldn't even finish my nails because they told me they would take 45 minutes, instead I waited 15 minutes and then another 45 minutes. (I was running on an hour break so that's all I had). The lady doing my nails were rough and couldn't understand what straight nails means. My nails were going at an angle; definitely not straight. And after buffing and filing she had the audacity to tell me it's my eyes and that it was straight. At this point I can tell she was over my feedback and I can hear her mumbling in her language under her mask. I paid, way more than I should've even after complaining to the manager - in a calm manner. Yet she told me to come back after work to fix my nails. The damage was done and it was shorter than anticipated yet I still get charged an extra $5. I go to a cheaper place in Pickering for half the price and they do an exceeding job. I'm so disappointed and safe to say I won't come back.
