  • Moved here from Illinois. Not a bad place and very friendly and professional staff. I am staying less than a year and transferring to another PBell location in Scottsdale. Lately it seems like there has been problems with tenants, as the fitness center (outdated but functional) now closes when the office closes, I don't even get home before 6pm, so that's now an ammenity I can not use anymore. I also noticed security here at night s now (rather be safe) but makes me believe that recently there has been a lot of issues. Might be the perfect timing to leave. But, overall until recently this place has actually been a pleasure! Pros: clean grounds, friendly staff, updated units, pet friendly, managment service Cons: amenities close when office closes, night security, gates (when the gate works its great, but usually doesn't), New tenants might be an issue
