I've been here twice - once for their Saturday night 16+ jump and once for the Sky Aerobics.
The late night jump was pretty fun. Went with a group of friends who were all well above 16, but we still had a great time and weren't bothered by the teens too much. There are a number of different areas to jump in: a basketball net area for slam dunking, a foam pit, dodgeball, and a spot for free-jumping. They also serve pizza:) A good $20 outing if you want to be a kid for a night.
The sky aerobics was phenomenal! I was pretty rusty in the fitness area so I didn't know what to expect going in. It was a good workout for both beginners and regulars alike, and things never got boring as they kept us moving around doing different activities. Your first fitness class is $6, so it's worth checking out and giving it a chance. The only annoying part was that kids/toddlers were still able to jump in the areas around us and sometimes got in the way. They also make really loud announcements announcing the time every half an hour (for kids who are on limited jump time) which can make it hard to hear the instructor.
I'd recommend checking the place out, especially for the sky aerobics - I will go back!
