  • I called this place almost 2 weeks ago for an appointment on a Saturday. I confirm with the receptionist the time and write it down as I'm on the phone with her. Flash forward 2 weeks and I show up to the salon 10 minutes early for the appointment time the receptionist gave me. The lady tells me they had a different appointment time for me and they have to reschedule. Didn't realize it was ok to change the time of your appointments with your clients without letting them know first.
