  • Worse gym commitment ever ! Not even a star.... Bad service , bad communication, no accurate contract to show the real deals or info , and after all u have to find out byursf by days the real info.... I went and froze my account and nobody told me whats next and i wasnt told by then that if i dont cancel it personnally it will automatically be activated , so i get a call today telling me that i owe them two monthly payments since my account is active, and i have to pay and go there personally to deactivate my account otherwise its gonna stay active and i'll still pay and i'm out of town...! Nobody told me what happens after freezing and now i have to pay for months i even didnt step into the gym.. They are so non organised and unproffesional!!!!!! I regret big time of registering there and wasting my money there for nothing!!! What if i cant go personally and how they didnt tell me that i cant cancel it by phone when i called few times abd told them to cancel ... And why nobody didnt inform me that my account was active back again when 3 months were ended!???? They just know how to call when they need to get ur money not before!
