  • I came here for some drinks with the Hubster and a friend. We came for the location (super close to their workplaces) and stayed for the $5/glass wine special on Friday. We basically shut the place down. Service was friendly and came quickly enough. The ambiance is pretty neat, just like all the Firkins post-redesign. The Hubster and I ordered wings. Pro tip for wing fans: ALWAYS get sauce on the side. My wings were crispy on the outside, hot and juicy on the inside. His were soggy because he got sauce on them. Amateur. I ordered the ghost pepper suicide sauce, which was indeed very hot and delicious. I also got fries, which were good. The place was super busy at 6:30pm, but thinned out around 9 as the young professionals went home to their children or off to a different bar. So not the greatest place to people watch on a late Friday. We'll likely return, the place was just so pleasant!
