  • This is DEFINATELY the place to get your mobile device! Has anyone ever had the experience where they get a blackberry/iphone, and then the bloody thing fails inside of a year... THEN you go back to your service provider, and they say the contract isn't up. THEN they want $400 minimum to cancel your contract. THEN you can get a new plan with a new phone? Has anyone live this? I sure have! Sadly, more than once! I'm working to buy phones. Well... NOT at Best Buy! Did you know that if you are prone to glitchy PDA's, there is a plan you can buy for around $12 a month that allows you to bring your phone back for any deficiencies (except water, and physically throwing it at a wall). If the keys start getting screwy, or it starts getting glitchy, they will set you up with a working phone! Oh! And ALSO, if the battery dies? They give you a new battery, at NO CHARGE! And if you have an Apple Iphone? if they determine it is battery related, they give you a NEW PHONE since the batteries can't be removed. AND you can choose your service provider. They don't deal exclusively with one provider. You can take a look at what ALL providers are offering RIGHT AT BEST BUY.... and choose the plan you want. Seriously... can you tell I'm a "little" excited about this? So... Thurs, Jan 20th... I get a new iphone from Best Buy. I find out on Sunday (a few days later) that the camera doesn't work. What do I do? I bring it into Best Buy! They give it a few pokes, and give me a new, working phone. Badaa bing! Badaa boom! No muss, no fuss. Okay... they gave it a few pokes first, but I walked out of there with a brand new phone, just like they promised. Sigh.... this is one happy woman.
