  • I've used this shop several times and they've always taken good care of my car. I've checked their prices against other vw specialists and they're comparable and sometimes less. They automatically do an overall check to keep you informed of any issues that might be starting. Sure, so they can do the repairs but they don't push and will let you know if it can wait awhile. When I was there today, they let me know my battery is going to konk any time. They know I get mine from AAA so they simply gave me the test results and said to call AAA right away to change it out. I do miss Mike, the best customer service guy I've ever met, but you can't have everything.
