  • My official rating is zero stars. ZERO STARS. They don't do urgent and they don't provide care. They refused to help my niece who had a bead in her nose last time, and the doc at the ER said our trip was unnecessary because any urgent care should be able to assist with this type of minor issue (it was shallow). They jerked my sister around who had a broken knee. They let her pay before telling her that the XRay tech had left early--prior to her checking in. So if something is urgent, don't go here. If there's something irritating you and you have no copay and you are masochistic or hate resolving issues or getting answers or you love yelling at people or you find great satisfaction in people passing the buck. Basically, only go here if you want to be charged for wasting your time and raising your blood pressure.
