  • I have four kids that have been going here since she bought the practice from Dr.Kinner. Apparently, she should have cleaned house when she did. I absolutely love everyone there except Karen the old grouchy lady in the back. Even when she was with Kinner she was still a grouchy old lady. She calls my girls "him" or "he" right in front of them. She's extra rude on checking in and out. I called to discuss a tooth extraction needed for the orthodontist. She told me that because he didn't note it needed to be done quickly she couldn't get is in for months. I told her exactly what our orthodontist said that it needed to be done before that child's next orthodontist appointment. I offered to call the orthodontist to clarify, maybe I was wrong. She didn't care. She didn't offer to call. I called and I was right. However, Karen didn't care, she didn't believe me. I asked if the orthodontist office could call her and discuss it and she said no. The ladies at the orthodontist place were appalled as well. I'm not taking my kids back to have Karen call my girls boys and boy a girl. She's ridiculous. And I don't need to be treated poorly either. Also, when you call to cancel or change an appointment you can never get through on the lines. I tried for 5 solid hours once until I finally tried an email. Then I was left rude messages from Karen saying I haven't confirmed. Rude and horrible. What if you needed something and couldn't get through?
