  • This weekend we rented a car, the customer service was except for the pickup driver. He was not nice to my wife. Not friendly. No good morning. Even said he was doing a "favor" picking her up. It's sad to have 1 person ruin the whole experience with Enterprise. We are loyal customers for many years. We always understood what makes them better than another company is the pickup and drop off, plus great reps.
