  • I was told by the techs at Firestone that I needed an alignment and they were happy to do it. On the recommendation of a friend who has used Network Alignment for years, I called Scott at Network Alignment, and his price for an alignment was much lower. I brought my suburban to Scott and dropped it off. Scott called me a couple hours later to tell me that my suburban was ready, and that the alignment was already perfect and there would be no charge! Scott could have easily told me he did the alignment and I would have been none the wiser and would have happily paid him. But he didn't. He proved today that he is a man of integrity and honesty and he definitely earned a customer for life. Highly recommend Scott at Network Alignment on Cave Creek Rd. for all of your brake and alignment needs! P.S. I would NOT recommend Firestone on Cave Creek. Just trying to make a buck obviously.
