  • Terrible experience. Had two working cards (one credit, one debit). Knew they were working because I had already used them that day. When they got declined I immediately checked my online banking and there was plenty of cash/credit available on each respective account. I didn't have cash so they demanded that I leave my cell phone and go get money from a nearby ATM. All my internal red flags were going off. In what world is my $800 cell phone collateral for a $40 pedicure? I refused and the man became angry. I gave them my drivers license and left saying I would be back. He followed me to my car and continued to harass me and try to take photos of me and my car. I have never felt so unsettled or weirded out by something that happened at a business establishment. I was more than happy to get the cash, but it all seemed like a ploy to get my cell phone (maybe I'm paranoid but all my banking and personal information etc. is on there) or to avoid me paying with a card. I went to the ATM, debit worked fine. Drove threw Starbucks, just to check, credit worked fine. VERY SHADY! I will never go back to this place.
