  • Costco's transition to Citi Visa Card has not been planned well. It is not clear if my balance got transferred from Costco Amex to Citi Visa? Not sure if my Auto pay feature transferred over? Not sure what activity is valid from old Costco Amex! Called Citi helpline, it is not possible to get a human online for 1 hour. Automated system lists out the activity but only gives you a dollar amount with no merchant name- how am I supposed to know if that is valid activity or not? Come on Costco - take over Citi call center and save Costco members before they frustrated and start leaving!!!!!
