  • I'm a lifelong fashion disaster. Band and/or sarcastic slogan t-shirts and the cheapest possible jeans and cargo pants have been my go-to look forever. I decided that this is the year I up my clothing game. Men's Wearhouse has been on my radar for some time, even after they gave George the push (not a good move, corporate - he was the face of the company). After getting some basic advice concerning possible styles from the interwebs, considering my age and build, I stopped in here on Monday. Chris Freed greeted me, listened to my concerns and goals, and put together an ensemble for me that's unlike anything I've ever worn but, I gotta admit, is very versatile and looks damn good on me no matter what I do with it. A jacket, two shirts, two pair of very comfy, good-fitting jeans, shoes and a belt later and I'm feeling much more confident about my appearance (except for the unsightly lump of lard on top of my neck, but there's nothing to be done about that short of, I dunno, a balaclava with Ryan Reynolds' face on). Product and service are stellar. Guys, go here. George's tagline is right.
