  • Found this lil gem on Yelp while searching for a quick lunch. Neither of us had heard of it before, so we rolled the dice, and came out winners!! Small, quick, and quality food. What more could you ask for!? If you're unfamiliar with Jaburrito, as we were, I'll fill you in.. We were greeted at the door by one of the partners of the business, door being held open for us, shuttled to where the line is to order food. Kind of like those other burrito places where you order the burrito and they build it in front of you, but with sushi style ingredients and some fusion ingredients. I ordered the Kodak, a salmon based Jaburrito, with the wheat wrap, Options of wraps being seaweed, rice, tortilla, or wheat. The salmon wrap was excellent!! And I ordered the combo with seaweed salad as my side. A great lunch overall. Jaburrito also emphasizes their use of eco friendly products and building systems, maybe shooting for a LEED rating, which is admirable, in my opinion and another reason to support this business. The food alone has my business. Highly recommend.
