  • Purchased a lexus es350 from the certified used lexus program. Vehicle was not cleaned before delivery. The car had one burnt out headlight and didn't realize until that evening. There are issues with the electronic devices in the car. I was directed to return to the dealer for additional repairs to the front and rear bumper. Also repairs to the wheels. Unfortunately this vehicle was not ready for sale but was sold to me anyway.
