| - Wow. I have to say this was my most pleasant experience at a car dealership. I had called the dealership last Friday to talk to someone about extended warranties. After being transferred to Blaine Decker, I explained I had been receiving several "warning: act now", "last chance" types of advertisements in the mail about purchasing an extended warranty for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. He explained it was common and since I was out of warranty, he suggested I come in the next day to explore warranty options for my car. I knew I needed to do something as I was only 2 years in on a 6 year loan at a ridiculous interest rate. And, since 75% of my job entails driving and my territory just expanded to 3 more counties, I need to insure I take care of my car. That said I agreed to come in and after better understanding the warranty details from Blaine and learning that the longest extended warranty was only 18 months, he suggested that I look at trying to get into a new car. I basically balked and laughed it off since I have poor credit, I'd be so upside down in equity with only 2 years in that there would be no way I could get financing. I had nothing better to do so I agreed to explore the option. He asks Duane Coffey to show me some options and the next thing I know Duane and Antoine are putting a deal together for me for a brand new 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T Limited - Black on Black, leather interior and essentially a fully LOADED car. I'm half laughing and not believing they are actually trying this... but they did it - thanks to a huge rebate offer they have going right now and the fact that Blaine and Antoine are good at what they do. I still swallowed a giant pill of a car payment as the rebate didn't eat up quite all of my negative equity (and my poor credit), yet, along with it I have a giant piece of mind knowing I'm back under full warranty, full maintenance package and on a 48-month lease. And, paying off my car loan and being financed by Hyundai helps my credit. Duane was super helpful throughout the entire ordeal and even after it was over to help me get familiar with all the features (everything is digital now; I am a tech geek, yet I'm overwhelmed at what this car is capable of programming wise). I have nothing but nice things to say about these guys, along with the GM, Anthony. They made me laugh and I'm still amazed that this really happened and that I'm in a brand new car. I will definitely be a returning customer!
