  • i was debating if i should give 4 or 3 stars... during my friend's 5 night visit i stayed there a few nights.. beautiful rooms, we had two different rooms, first one didn't have a tub and we changed to one with the tub after so had experienced two.. both were spacious and beautiful.. service was so-so, the staff didn't seem well trained, but they were all very young... would have liked to see more older staff, or at least concierge, front desk staff with better knowledge of local restaurants and recommendation for cool spots.. tho it is in great location as restaurants and bars goes... room service was somewhat incapable of our orders.. i sad, coffee, not tea, where is my toast with the eggs?? such things.. valet was very quick, my car was delivered to me in less then three mins everytime..!!!! would recommend to young ppl with extra cash to burn for their stay in TO, look hip, feel hip, and be close to the hottest restaurants and bars..
