Don't go here! I was going to write what happened to me, but it's a lot! So, I'm going to try and keep it short. I should of known when I walked in and the 15 minutes of me being there two people came in complaining about the work that was done to their vehicle. I was lied to by the lady up front and I feel like I paid over $500.00 for something that was not done. I bought this Jeep two weeks ago from a private owner. I took it to Royalty Auto to see what was making this thumping sound at the passenger feet when we hit a bump. I was told by the female at the counter three times I would get my jeep back that day with the work completed. (this was important to me since I have to drive it to work the next morning) This did not happen. The Female at the counter said she never told me I would get it back that day. I was stunned! I couldn't believe that a person in that position would flat out and lie, but she did. They wanted me to sign something saying I'm responsible for the vehicle tire ware because The work wasn't finish. I refused to sign this and said it's you fault the jeep is not finished, not mines. I can wait now in order for you guys to finish it. I told the manager again that I was told the jeep would be finished today? I also said I needed the jeep to get to work the next morning, this was the reason it was so important for me to get it back today. I ended up leaving with out the work being finished. I have to go back in couple of days. the sound that brought me to their shop originally is still happening and now my Check engine light is on! I bought this jeep two weeks ago and the only problem I had was that thump. I know your taking a chance when buying from a private owner, but because of my experience with this company makes it hard for me to think the check engine light timing was just a coincidence! It was an awful experience.
