  • I love Starbucks as I'm sure many people do so when we decided to go to this Starbucks since we're staying at the Luxor we figured it would be like every other however we were wrong there is 1 outlet for my husband to use his laptop and the workers are just plain rude! She told me that ihad to put the honey in my tea. She didn't want to help me with my drink they don't like special orders, by special order i mean adding 2 honey packets to my hot tea! Then she said something to her co worker in Spanish about me making her put the honey in my tea! never a thank you, she said I couldn't use my free beverage that i have on my gold card and over all the bad experience and that location will not get my business anymore in fact it reflects badly on Starbucks so I may reconsider maintaining gold member status!
