  • They cleaned my carpet back in February. The carpet did not appear clean snd was extremely stiff to the touch afterwards. I let them know and they sent the same technician out to redo a few areas for me. It turned out much better so when we moved out I figured I give them another shot. Big mistake, same issue, carpet did not appear clean and was really stiff. I had GCS Carpet come and reclean because I am done with Zerorez, it turned out great AND price was $164 vs Zerorez charge of $293!! I do not recommend Zerorez!
