  • Meat and fish selection is very mediocre, great cheeses and dairy, fantastic condiments, terrible breads, disgusting sushi, dolmas or any prepackaged meals, elaborated nuts and dried fruits section and OK wine section that got a bit better recently. All the great chocolate is available only from November till December. Cheap and good quality fresh produce. What's truly annoying ALL the time - their cashiers. I shop their regularly (2 times a week). And I had to come back at least 1-2 times per month because of mistakes on the receipt (strangely enough it's always in favor of the store). You literally have 2 people 'helping you' to scan the items and use a credit card (which I am perfectly capable of doing myself) but as a value added service they screw you on the simplest step. Also their 'express' line that originally intended for customers with a few items to speed up the process, usually 2-3 times longer than regular. Please put self checkout instead or open paid home delivery - no one needs customer service 'we are so cool let's talk about something' when you need to check the receipt every time and watch them 'helping you'. Also their Hawaiian tropical theme (that recently finally got changed) was screaming 90' all the way. I'd rather shop in Whole Foods and Walmart (less emphasis on 'emotional connection' with customer and better quality assortment with choices to help yourself (I am not dead and can count).
