  • We ordered 550 booklets with time sensitive information from this printer. The self proclaimed "King of Sales", Terrell, helped us with our order. He made sure to collect payment from us before doing anything...that should have been a red flag since we are a very large and well known company. The booklets and postcards we ordered were never mailed and the King stopped responding to our emails and phone calls once he received his payment. It's been several weeks with no word from him and no booklets in the mail.
