  • Confirm your booking is made! The reception was a totally clueless lady took all my info down and said someone is available and said I can call in later with my healthcare number as I was at the office, make the booking, drive home and call back right away to be told that NO doctors are available now. What did you tell me it was okay to call in later with my card for? Why did you take my info down? And told me but one is available by 3am when it was 5pm when I called, totally clueless and untrained. Hopefully their actual doctors are better!
