| - Granted, every restaurant should have great service. But c'mon, you gotta do some research to find the path of least resistance. So here's the advice on that path for Mr. Lucky's. Use your casino card to get off-the-menu steak and shrimp for 7.77, must order a drink with it. Sit at the counter to get the best service, watch when your food comes up, and get it hot and fresh. Don't be afraid to send it back if not cooked right. The shrimp was delicious tonight, buttery light charred garlic herb outside and moist tenderness inside. I had to send the steak back because it wasn't cooked as specified and a really tough cut of beef. They corrected it quickly and replaced the first 3 shrimp that I already ate, awesome! It was cooked perfectly the second time. Our server, Niki, was pleasant, made good suggestions, and didn't get flustered although she was slammed. Even the green beans were tasty enough to finish off, garlic and butter seared. This place is good but they will tend to understaff it to cut costs. So be smart from the start.
