  • Their online ad was deceiving. It states that there is a couch in the room we selected and when we got there, they said they've never had couches. Also, when we went to sign in, they tried to give us a one bed instead of two and argued that we didn't get a two, until we showed them the printed out paper. Then suddenly it was just a mistake in their system and we were "upgraded" to a two bed.....which we had initially paid for anyway. It's in a kind of shady area of town as well and isn't very kept up. The body wash dispenser in the shower was broken and towels took forever to come up to the room. There was also hair on the hand towels upon arrival.
