  • We arrived right at opening on a Saturday(after trying to stop in before opening time). There were 3 employees working and one small group ahead of our group. The employees seemed disorganized(dropped ice cream on the floor at one point), wasted a LOT of ice cream(and disappointingly only filled my daughter's small cup up halfway!). Worst of all, we waited 45(YES!!!)minutes for our ice cream. The presumed manager on duty thanked the patrons that were now waiting for their "patience" but this was beyond reasonable. Saving grace was that our ice cream tasted incredible but we warned others coming into the establishment of the astronomical wait time and we simply don't have the time to return! Would have give 1 star if not for the incredibly delicious ice cream.
