| - Okay I rarely write reviews but I'm also rarely blown away by service. I was referred by a friend who said the owners were great, will give you a fair assessment, and I was starting to stress looking at potential repairs between $400-2000+.
Reasey was the person who oversaw my account, was very personable, as well as knowledgable, and actually quoted me on repairs based on what addressed my needs and concerns, rather than trying to give me the "impeding doom" speech if I didn't fix those repairs immediately.
I was on pins and needles when I got an update after the inspection, but to a sigh of relief it was actually a very inexpensive fix on my vehicle to keep it going. She listed all of my mechanical problems overall, but gave me an honest suggestion to invest in a new vehicle sooner than later, rather than paying for repairs.
Previously I went to Firestone who never gave me a great deal (I also stupidly opened up one of their credit accounts). Also I would have to call and see what was going on with my vehicle, almost as if my car was forgotten.
I also make deliveries as one of my jobs, so not having a vehicle wasn't an option. 180 Degrees Automotive also gave me a lender vehicle. It obviously wasn't a brand new vehicle from a rental car company, but comfortable enough and worked great while I was waiting for my car in the shop.
They also support local artists, which you will see as you walk in there is art on the walls adding to their clean, inviting office. Easy 5 star rating and will go back solely for future repairs or auto maintenance needs. Thanks you!
