This Service Advisor assigned to me fudged the diagnosis process, constantly corrected himself when I told him his story was conflicted from his previous update. At the end of it all, the car did not get fixed despite what he claimed. I received a call during the following week regarding whether I was satisfied with the repairs, I told her the situation and she informed me that I would receive a call from the Service Advisor for rescheduling. To date, no attempt has been made to resolve the matter.
