rev:text	I would avoid this car dealer. They are the type that gives a bad name to all car dealers. In short, we purchased a 2014 Ford Focus off the showroom floor and we had two salesmen, a new kid that apparently had never sold a vehicle before and an older gentleman that appears to be a typical car salesman. We were promised 3 years of oil changes. It did not get put on the contract. Imagine that. The funny part is for the first few times they honored it, then all of a sudden they said it's not on the contract we are not doing this anymore. Even after long conversations in the service department they refused. I send a notice to the dealer and some lady called me back. Not the most professional person or customer service oriented person. It is strange that businesses have customer service representatives, but they have no training or skill in doing so. She insisted that they were under new management and that their new salesmen would never promise something. Well this may be true, but when we bought the car, they told us they were under new management. Maybe this tells a story in itself as they can't keep a dedicated team for very long. She refused to do anything and just kept saying they were under new management and would not do anything like that. I recommend you avoid this dealer as they are not people of their words, not honor what they say. I have dealt with other Ford Dealers in the area and never been treated like this. I recommend drive a few minutes further to a reputable dealer that will stand behind what they say.
