  • This is super terrible service with T-Mobile I ever had. I use my phone for over 5 years not change. I recently receive my new iPhone so I have to visit the T-Mobile store to exchange the sim card to make my phone work properly. The representative in this location want charge me $25 plus tax for simply renew the sim card. It's insane... I have family lines with T-Mobile for more than 10 years. Non of the representative like this store who can ONLY spell "This is our new policy, total $25.00plus tax, how you want to pay? Cash or credit card? " No explanation, no smile, no services...just want money from your pocket! Be aware this 20~30 years old white male representative who work in this store. Try another T-Mobile store for help instead this one!
