  • I really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great but the staff are really wonderful. We stayed in the Oasis One-Bedroom Suite which comes with your own heated plunge pool and a chiminea fireplace! It was really a treat at night to have a drink in the pool with the fireplace going. We dined at 2/3 of the onsite restaurants and both were really great - both have large patios so you can enjoy the view while having your meal. Talavera (upscale) was the best meal we had on our trip...the restaurant itself deserves 5 stars! One thing to consider before booking here is the location. You can not walk anywhere so you will have to rent a car, Uber or cab to head anywhere. There is a courtesy mercedez they let you take for a short period of time if you take a short survey, so we took advantage of that and took the car for a few hours to run errands. If I recall correctly, it's about 30 minutes to downtown Scottsdale and about 20 to the Kierland area. For us, we enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of the area so it wasn't a con as the purpose of the trip to relax and unwind. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle this would not be the place for you. Looking forward to coming back!
