I got married recently and purchased my 2-piece Watters gown at Felichia Bridal. Their selection is elegant and reasonably priced with many gowns falling around the $2,000 to $4,000 price range. It's not a store for Brides who want a big, heavily encrusted ballgown (think Kim Kardashian) - it's more for those who lean towards elegance and simplicity (think Kate Moss). I visited the store multiples times and Roisin and Daniel were extremely helpful so my overall consultation experience was extremely positive. After reading some of the negative comments online, I can see how service levels can vary depending on the consultant that you are paired with and the day of the week that you visit the store. I had some time off so I visited the store during the week (Tues, Weds mostly) and it was completely EMPTY and I had the pleasure of working with Roisin. I also shopped alone since my opinion is the one that matters the most (I was the Bride after all LOL). Best to not bring a big bridal party because the store is small. I also came during a trunk show and picked up my dress on the weekend and the store was CRAZY! Almost couldn't get a fitting room. Also, when I returned to try on my gown ('cause it came in) I was paired up with a consultant who didn't seem to want to be there - she helped me a bit... then ran off and started arranging a gown on a rack while I struggled to get in and out of my dress. It was like since she had already made the sale, she can treat me poorly because she had already collected her commission. That was really too bad, because I only write reviews when the sales cycle is complete (from consultation to pick-up to alterations). Because of her attitude, I didn't bother coming back for alterations.
